Title: Platform Talent & Operations Manager

Reporting to: Head of Platform

Location: Tulsa, OK

Status: Exempt, full-time

As the Platform Manager:

• You are the right hand human to the Head of Platform, keeping the Platform team operations running smoothly with everything from organizing team meetings, keeping the team on task with action items and follow ups, and managing the CRM.

• You are the executor for portfolio company onboarding and ongoing reporting. In partnership with the Head of Platform, you implement a repeatable playbook post investment support.

• Solve problems and produce creative solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and taking initiative when extra tasks need to be completed

• Always putting people first, you'll develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teams by partnering with them to understand their needs and achieve their professional aspirations.

• In partnership with the Atento People & Culture Manager, you execute full-lifecycle portfolio company recruiting, including planning, sourcing, resume screening, skills assessments, interviews, coordination, offer, negotiation, and closing. You will get to do it all!

• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality, energetic, diverse candidates by positioning yourself as a critical member in the Tulsa ecosystem and maintaining high-touch communications with candidates throughout their process.Attend an average of 1-3 networking and related events in Tulsa weekly.

As our ideal Atentan you:

• Have 5 - 8+ years of experience in operations, talent acquisition, recruiting, or sales

• Are an all-star networker who can develop and maintain local relationships with candidates and ecosystem partners

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Have a passion for using technology as a tool to automate and expedite your responsibilities

• Have experience with CRMs

• Have experience in thinking outside the box with sourcing methodologies to include: Networking, Referrals, Social Media Tools, AI tools, and branding strategies

• Always maintain a speedy response time, maintaining professionalism in communication

• Can juggle multiple projects and tasks with efficiency and a great attitude

• Possess a “Growth Mindset” with a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone often

What we offer:

• Competitive compensation, based on fitting experience, an annual salary of $85,000 - $99,000 base +10% bonus
