Status: Temporary, non-exempt, up to 40 hours per week

As the Atentern, you will:
Have academic or real-world experience in one of the following areas:
Customer Excellence:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities for products and services.
Customer Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
Data Analytics:
Data Collection: Gather relevant data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis.
Data Analysis: Use analytical tools and techniques to process and interpret data, identifying patterns, trends, and insights to support decision-making.
Insightful Reporting: Create clear and visually engaging reports and dashboards that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, aiding in strategic planning.
Accounting:
Financial Records: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
Budget Monitoring: Support the tracking of budgets and expenditures, comparing actual performance against projections and providing variance analysis.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Marketing:
Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Content Creation: Assist in generating engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, graphics, videos, and advertisements, aligned with brand messaging and target audience.
Collaborate with the portfolio company team to identify and pursue opportunities.
Take on additional responsibilities and special projects to contribute to the team's success.
Compensation:
$15/hr for high school graduates
$18/hr for those currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
$22/hr for young professionals with BA or equivalent
$27/hr for those currently enrolled in a Master's program
$31/hr for those currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program
Our Ideal Atentern:
Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline.
